An Employee Spending Management Solution with a focus on tracking the spending of employees and departments. Admins have access to both web and mobile applications, while employees manage all activities through the mobile application.

Companies can set up their accounts and create Departments and Employees. Employee needs to be assigned to any one department, and the Department and Employee assign their spending limits. Admin will issue Virtual and Physical Credit Cards to employees with their own spending limits. Employees can use them to spend business expenses, they don’t have to request any approvals or reimbursements, can pay expenses using cards.

Employees can add expense notes and attach receipts through the mobile app, while categorizing their expenses by team and department. If they need more funds, they can request a budget increase, which admins can approve or reject with ease.

Admins have a powerful Dashboard at their fingertips to track all spending across departments, with detailed, interactive reports on spending allocation, usage, and more. Admins can review all transactions, manage employee spending limits, and even integrate journal entries with accounting software like QuickBooks, Xero, and Agilink.

Admin can manage Employees, Departments, Team and their spending limit. Admins can also look at all the transactions added by employees and decide whether to accept or reject requests to increase budget limits. Admin can view the statements by employee and department. The admin can also map categories with cards and add external credit cards for viewing transactions. This application can generate journal entries for each transaction and it can be integrated with Accounting softwares. For now, it is integrated with QuickBooks, Xero and Agilink.

This Application developed with advanced technologies like Node.js, VueJS, and React Native. And we have integrated third-party services providers for card issuer & bulk payment processing, and for KYC/AML compliance.
