A FinTech Application with Employee Credit Expense Management to allow employees to use credit cards for their departmental expenses.

A Cloud-based FinTech Application to manage employees’ spending by issuing virtual and physical credit cards. This FinTech Application is a close competitor of AirBase Product to be taken over by one of the biggest Bank in USA.

Companies can set up their accounts and create Departments and Employees. Each employee is assigned to their department, and the Department and Employee assign their spending limits. Companies can issue Virtual and Physical Credit Cards to employees with their own spending limits. Employees can use them to spend business expenses, they don’t have to request any approvals or reimbursements, can pay expenses using cards.

Employees need to add expenses notes and attach receipt of the expenses. They can add expenses for a particular team and category. Employees can request the admin to increase the budget limit for their expenses. Employees can manage their profiles from the mobile application.

Admin can review budget increase limits and approve/reject the requests made by employees. Admins can also look at Employee and Departmental Spending on Dashboards with interactive reports like which department used the money, how much money was spent, how much money was allocated for each department, and so on.

We have used Marqeta for card issuing and payment solutions, and Plaid for faster and more secure data transfer.

Admin can manage Employees, Departments, Team and their spending limit. Admins can also look at all the transactions added by employees and decide whether to accept or reject requests to increase budget limits.Admin can view the statements by employee and department. The admin can also map categories with cards and add external credit cards for viewing transactions.

The system can generate journal entries for each transaction and it can be integrated with Accounting softwares. For now, it can be integrated with QuickBooks, Xero and Agilink. The system integrates with your bank account and fetches bank details such as balance and transactions.

We’ve used VueJS as Front-end Technologies and in Bawl-end used Prisma, AWS, GraphQL, Banking Backbone Integration.
